Recently, (CRS) Critical Response Solutions a unit of CaddFX Design Services, met with one of the largest banking institutions in Ohio. This banking institution operates 900+ full-service retail banking branches in several states and maintains almost 1500 automated teller machines across the U.S.

This lead came to us as a referral based on our reputation as a systems integrator of both (CAFM) Computer Aided Facility Management and Safety Systems. The Bank was interested in multiple solutions for both Facilities and Security to visually manage their portfolio for all Regional and Branch offices.

We held a meeting with key Directors and Management for the bank, including members of Real Estate, Facilities, Finance, Design and Security. Other key representation for the bank was also present at the meeting including, Business Continuity and Risk Management; because it was expressed to us they had a vested interest in protecting all aspects of the bank.

After the meeting, CRS’s internal colleagues got together and analyzed the requirements and developed a comprehensive “Needs Analysis” summary based on their current situation. The analysis provided primary direction to focus their efforts while prioritizing their goals.
