CRS – Planning Dept. - Defines project requirements and determines data access to infrastructure to data.

CRS – Planning Dept. - Fine tunes and develops scope of work to be handed off to the field team to gather data.

CRS – Field Team - All data is gathered and documented, which is turned over to the CADD and Programming Technicians.

CRS – CADD Technicians - Field data is updated on the CAD drawings for the related Floor and Site Plans. This also includes development of 3D models, which everything is then handed off to the programmers.

CRS – Programmers - Our programmers import all drawings, 3D models, photos, live cameras etc. and publish all data to the FloorView software, which also includes making all links and ties to pertinent data within the database.

CRS – Quality Assurance - A team of checkers review and validate all project data prior to elevating projects to production for consumption by our customers.

CRS – Analysis Team - Our team of Analysis develops reports required by our customers, as well as determines best solutions in the most cost-effective way.

Personnel/Field Staff - All maps and data is accessible via browser-based connection to the intranet/internet and can also be available remotely or with any wireless PC or device.
